Product Returns and Replacements:
We understand sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's our policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Damaged/Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll gladly offer a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the damage along with your request.
- You can find return instructions by clicking "Report Problem" in your order confirmation email.
Incorrect Items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where you mistakenly chose the wrong size, color, quantity, type, or changed your mind later.
- This is because each product is made-to-order and requires production resources.
Important:
- Please double-check your order details carefully before submitting it.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you receive a damaged/defective product.
- Return instructions are included in your order confirmation email.
