Product Returns and Replacements:

Damaged/Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll gladly offer a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
    • Please provide clear photos of the damage along with your request.
    • You can find return instructions by clicking "Report Problem" in your order confirmation email.

Incorrect Items:

    • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where you mistakenly chose the wrong size, color, quantity, type, or changed your mind later.
    • This is because each product is made-to-order and requires production resources.

Important:

    • Please double-check your order details carefully before submitting it.
    • Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you receive a damaged/defective product.
